This is crazy, the prices of housing these days. My neighbor just put her place up for sale that she bought just about 4 months ago for 45K more than she paid for it. Before that a 2bdrm unit sold for 60K more than the gal paid for it a year and a half ago. Then a month after that closed, another 2bdrm unit sold for 15K more than the last one sold for.
I am going to be very happy when I decide to sell, but will not be able to afford to live anywhere. Oh well, best to stay put and be grateful for the price increases as they occur.
