Once again I have lost faith in the celebrity marriage. First Reese, then Britney, now PAM? What is this world coming to?

A few of my friends, clients and I were having a conversation about mistresses. Meaning the name a woman is called when she is a girlfriend of a married man.
We tried to figure out if there was a title for a man dating a married woman. When we could not find one we thought it best to make one up.

Advice please

Here is the situation:
I have worked at this beauty mall for almost 5 years. I have my own private suite there and really prefer that situation to the "have a chair in the middle of a loud, busy salon" situation.

My current contract is not up until August 31, 2007. I was told by the manager that the rates are going up in January for anyone renewing a contract in 2007. He "gave me a chance to get in on the 2006 prices" by giving me one week to decide to resign now for 3 years with the rate to go up in August. These cheaper prices are not necessarily bad compared to the 2007 prices he mentioned. The thing is, do I really want to spend another 3 years paying what may be a fair price to some but is a little overwhelming for me?

I have been quizzing my clients about how far they would travel to a new place and such. A few seem to think I should just stay there and work more hours to cover the difference in price. The difference is not necessarily the problem. The others said they would go wherever I went. But what if they hate it?

I did some research and found out that the prices near my place for nail booth rental are pretty comparable to what I pay now (a little less in some cases) but what I have (privacy, security, a door I can lock at night) is so worth the extra.
I do not want to work in a big salon with a hair dresser to my right and another nail tech at my elbow.

So I found this cute, old, not as nice as I have now, but still cute row of suites 3 miles away from where I am now. It is not as nice as where I am now. Meaning it doesn't have a large lobby area with a waiting room and a pop machine and a large bathroom. It is basically a little houses split into 3 rooms with a little bathrooms in the middle. There are 3 or 4 little buildings. They are very old school but I could totally decorate my little space very cute. The room would be a little smaller too.

Here is the deal:
It is $200 less each month.

Now that I found this place and cannot move in right away, I have several options.

1.Sign 3 more years where I am at the "cheaper rates."

2. Do not resign now and wait til August to decide whether or not to stay and pay $80 more per month if I decide to stay. Risking the cheaper place being rented to someone else.

3. Ask to get out of my current lease or see if they can rent the room early and get the new room sooner.

4. Wait until August to see what else is out there. Do nothing.

Any help would be great or just use this as good reading. :)-

The crazy stalker girl came back yesterday. Biff and I were watching TV and the bell rings. No one ever just stops by so I knew it was "her" immediately. I sneak up to the door and look out the peephole. She is standing there wiping her eyes. Looked like she was crying.
We tiptoed to the bathroom to decide what to do. After much debate about just how psycho she is, we decided to do nothing. Then...the phone rings.
It's her, of course, leaving some message about how she saw my car there and where am I? She doesn't understand why I haven't been in touch with her.
I feel really sorry for any man that dates her if this is what she is like after they decide not to call again.

Obviously this problem is NOT going to go away by itself so any suggestions? I do not have her email address but could find out where she lives pretty easily thanks to the internet and the fact that she owns a home.

Well, it's not. It's about The GILMORE Girls.

It's about the fact that one of the most fashionable, witty, and campy shows on TV has become absolute drivel. I knew things would change with the whole "writers leaving blah blah blah crap", but I had NO IDEA!
Seriously, I went into the kitchen to clean up dinner and Biff yells out, "It's back on!" and ya know what? I kept on wiping the counter. I casually strode back in and found that I had missed nothing except another diatribe by Kirk who really should not get airtime.
Will I continue to watch the show and pretend that the lack of chemistry between Christopher and Lorelai is actually just my imagination? Will I continue to pretend to be amused by the 2 minutes Lane gets each show? Or should I just wait for it's inevitable demise whilst watching my Pilates videos over and over again between 7-8 every Tuesday?

Yeah, this should have been about my bouncy, firmish boobies.

My opinion on "recap" shows

I think they suck.

I watched ANTM last night with trepidation running through my veins as to which favorite of mine would be exterminated. Then I realized with horror and a shout of agony that it was one of those horrid episodes where they recap the season and show you the deleted scenes than you never wanted to see.
I didn't need any more evidence that Monique was a ghetto whore or that Anchal has an overeating problem. I personally think she looks great body-wise.
Anyway, so no new ex-supermodel hopefuls to report.
